Return & Refund Policy

At Aerosol Containers, we strive to ensure every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase. While we specialize in durable, high-quality shipping containers, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. This Return & Refund Policy outlines our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds.


30-Day Return Policy

For standard, non-customized containers, we offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

  • New & Used Standard Containers: Returns for standard containers (new or used) are generally not accepted unless the container is defective or damaged upon delivery. Please ensure that the dimensions, condition, and specifications of the container meet your needs before purchasing.
  • Custom Containers (Home, Pool, Office, etc.): Custom-built containers are non-returnable unless there is a defect or an error on our part.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your container must meet the following criteria:

  • The container must be unused (unmodified and in its original condition) and free of alterations.
  • The container must be reported within 7 days of delivery for returns due to defects or damages.
  • The container must be in the same condition as when you received it.

If any of the above criteria are not met, we may not be able to process your return.


Damaged or Defective Products

If your shipping container arrives damaged or defective, we will work with you to resolve the issue quickly. Here’s what to do:

  1. Inspect the container upon delivery for any visible signs of damage.
  2. Document the damage: Take clear photos of the damaged container and any packaging materials.
  3. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the container and provide the photos and details of the damage. We’ll review your case and discuss the next steps.

We offer the following solutions for damaged or defective products:

  • Replacement: If your container is found to be defective, we’ll arrange for a replacement.
  • Repair: In some cases, if the damage is minor, we may offer a repair option at no cost to you.
  • Refund: If the issue cannot be resolved with a replacement or repair, we will issue a refund for the affected item (excluding shipping costs).

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Customized containers: Any containers that have been modified or customized (including container homes and container pools) are non-returnable unless they are defective or an error was made in fulfilling your order.
  • Special order items: Items that are specially ordered and made-to-order are also non-returnable.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refund Conditions:

  • Refunds are processed after we receive the returned product (if applicable) and confirm that it meets our return criteria.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part.

Exchange Policy

We do not typically offer exchanges for shipping containers due to their size and customization. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect container, we can provide a replacement or offer an alternative solution.


Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations can only be processed before your container has shipped. Once a container has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and our standard return policies will apply.
